Terms of use

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. The service

Spot On Arena is a mobile game published by Hinoro Studio (EI) (the “publisher”). It can be played alone or in a party of 2 to 12 phones. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms prevail to the extent the law allows.

2. Licence

The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on the devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Free version and full version

The app is free to download. The free version includes five games and shows ads in solo mode. The full version is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks every game, solo and hosted, and removes the ads. It is not a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, under their terms, at the price shown in the store at the time of purchase. The full version is tied to your store account: use Restore purchases in the app to get it back on a new phone using the same account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Because the full version is digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you agree that it is delivered at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided for by EU consumer law.

4. Parties and nicknames

When you join a party, your nickname is shown to the other players. Do not choose a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone or infringes anyone's rights. Do not try to disturb parties, forge scores or access rooms you were not invited to.

5. Play safely

Some games ask you to move, tilt or turn your phone, or to react quickly. Play in a safe place, hold your phone firmly and pay attention to the people and objects around you. Stop playing if you feel unwell.

6. Availability

Parties need an internet connection and rely on third-party services. The publisher does its best to keep the app working but does not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and may change or discontinue features. Updates may be needed to keep playing.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. Within those limits, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by misuse of the app, by your device or connection, or by third-party services.

8. Privacy

How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page with its date. They are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a dispute before its courts. Before going to court, write to contact@spotonarena.com: most problems are solved that way. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
